Office Building

The office building is located on a narrow plot of land near a busy road. In order to stand out from the many other office buildings in the vicinity, the client, who occupies the building himself, wanted a strong identity.

The front facade, on the south side, is largely glazed on two levels and reveals the reception area. Vertical slats of different sizes, cuts and tones animate the façade perpendicular to the glazing and act as both an architectural statement and a sunshade.

Inside, the office surfaces are made as flexible as possible, and the use of an active slab avoids air conditioning.
